The Summit House at Masthope is aptly named due to its ideal location. Perched near the top of the mountain, this home is less than 5 minutes from community amenities such as Ski Big Bear, the pool at Masthope, the Summit Restaurant, Mini Golf, and Masthope Rapids Marketplace! Activities such as kayaking and canoeing on Westcolang Lake are just a short drive away.
The Summit House welcomes you from the moment you open the front door. The open flow of the living space provides ample room for entertaining and relaxing. Enjoy putting your feet up in front of the gas fireplace while watching a movie on the 55” flat screen TV. There are 4 bedrooms that can accommodate a total of 8 guests, along with 3 full bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials regarding cookware, utensils, and cutlery. The modern kitchen also has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of prep space.
