Quaint Cottage
This adorable cottage is perfect for family and friends looking to unwind. You can walk down to the lake for fishing, swimming, and boating. There’s plenty to do when you’re back at the house. Grill, hang on the deck or sit around the camp fire. A pool table and games inside for kids and adults.
Kitchen is fully stocked with dish ware, cook ware, blender and a standard coffee maker.
Firewood for the fire pit and propane for the grill are provided.
Linens for beds and bath towel are supplied as well.
You are responsible to bring food, condiments, paper products, cleaning supplies, toiletries, and beach towels.
The home has Wifi and smart TV’s.
There is a canoe and 2 kayaks for your use. You must sign a safety waiver prior to using.
Layout:
You can enter the home through the unfinished basement or behind the home by walking up the steps to the back deck. You will need to walk up steps either way you go to enter the home.
The bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living, dining and decks are located upstairs.
There are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 bunk beds with the following bed sizes; 1 full, 3 twin. There are TV’s in both bedrooms.
There is a queen air mattress for your use as well.
The basement is unfinished but has a table, sofa, pool table, and games to hang out.
There is an additional bunk bed in the basement which has a full futon mattress on the bottom bunk and a single bed on the top bunk.
The washer and dryer are also located in the basement.
There is plenty of parking for cars and boat trailers.
Outside is a deck with plenty of seating, propane grill, and fire pit. The lake is a 2 minute walk from the house. You can hang out down there and swim near the docks.
Restaurants and grocery stores are all located within a 10 minute car ride from the house. In addition to the lake, you are close to the state forest, Promised Land State Park, indoor and outdoor water parks, outlet shopping, golfing, hunting, fishing, and local markets and fairs.
