Chef Frank is a lifelong resident of the Poconos and graduated with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from Lackawanna College. Chef Frank prides himself on creating innovative dishes in the kitchen which show off his flare for fusion. Even Chef Frank admits however that his passion for classic Italian dishes and American cuisine remains at his core. Chef Frank is eager to create a memorable and one of a kind dining experience you will not soon forget!

Chef Mary Rita has been a personal/private chef for fourteen years.  In addition to preparing weekly meals for individuals and families, she does several dinner parties for various types of occasions as well as in-home cooking classes with small groups.  She typically travels up to three hours in distance from the Philadelphia area.  She will work with you to develop a menu for your event that everyone will enjoy and she also has experience in dealing with special diets and dietary concerns such as paleo, gluten free, keto, lo-carb/high protein and lactose intolerance.

Chef Sam has worked at some of the world’s most noteworthy restaurants, many of which are Michelin starred and James Beard awardees. Chef Sam has also created dishes for some of the most prestigious private clients in the US and abroad. He has developed a food philosophy that accentuates the cleanest flavors and the highest quality ingredients, all while implementing a dynamic approach to presentation. He employs these principles by having developed a unique and creative style which combines continental elegance and western exuberance with a finely honed respect for eastern sensitivity.
